This is twist on the whole digital story telling idea. Used this with my 8th grade class and they loved it.

Just out of curiosity where were you going with this one Dave? Going for the story telling? Just curious
Yes, my students like the stories being told by the videos.
I went to this site at the end of January and viewed the "Cletus Takes the Reel" video. It was very creatively done and gave me some ideas...at least for some potential future videos I may attempt to create on my own. It's great to see a variety of what is out there and how others are beginning to have fun w/ creating their own videos. It makes you realize how endless the possibilities really can be. Even though there was a break up in the recording quite frequently, I still enjoyed and could appreciate it. It also took a long time to begin...so I was having some kind of difficulty...but still I found it very well done and so I tried another one and found that to be interesting as well. I can see where showing videos like these could motivate students for individual or group video projects.
